Build Something That Actually Matters
We're a small team working on financial software that real businesses depend on every day. If you like solving problems that have actual consequences and don't mind the occasional late-night debugging session, we might be a good fit.
Talk to Us About JoiningWhat We're Looking For Right Now
Honestly, we're not hiring dozens of people. But we do need a few specific folks who can help us build better tools for financial analysis. Here's what's open as of early 2025.
Most positions start between June and September 2025, depending on when we find the right person and finish onboarding current projects.
Senior Financial Software Developer
You'll build core features for our financial analysis platform. Need someone comfortable with data structures and who doesn't panic when handling large datasets. Python experience helps.
UX Designer for Financial Tools
Financial software doesn't have to look boring. We need someone who can make complex data feel approachable without dumbing it down. Portfolio required.
Customer Success Specialist
Help clients actually understand our tools. You'll spend time teaching, troubleshooting, and feeding insights back to our dev team. Patience required.
What It's Actually Like Here
We asked a few team members what they'd tell someone considering joining. These are their actual words, not HR-approved statements.
Henrik Johansen
Backend Developer
I joined in 2023 expecting typical corporate structure. What I found was a team that actually listens when you say something won't work. We debate solutions openly, and the best idea wins regardless of who suggested it.
Claire Dubois
Product Manager
The work is challenging in the right way. You'll get stuck on problems, but you're never stuck alone. People here actually care about helping each other figure things out, not just checking boxes.
Marcus Lindberg
Senior Developer
I've worked at three other software companies. This is the first place where technical debt is treated as an actual problem to fix, not just something to live with forever. We build things properly here.
How the Process Works
We're transparent about our hiring process because nobody likes mysterious timelines. Here's what to expect if you apply. The whole thing usually takes 4-6 weeks.
Initial Application Review
Send us your resume and a quick note about why you're interested. We read everything personally and respond within a week. No black holes here.
Week 1First Conversation
A casual video call with the hiring manager. We'll talk about the role, your background, and whether this seems like a mutual fit. No trick questions or coding challenges yet.
Week 2Technical Assessment
A practical assignment related to actual work you'd do here. You'll have a week to complete it on your own schedule. We pay for your time if it takes more than 3 hours.
Week 3-4Team Meeting
Meet the people you'd actually work with. We'll discuss your assessment, answer your questions, and see how conversation flows. This is as much for you to evaluate us as vice versa.
Week 5Decision and Offer
We make a decision within a few days and send a clear offer with all details spelled out. You get at least a week to think it over, and we're happy to answer any questions during that time.
Week 6Ready to See If We're a Match?
Send us a note. Even if nothing's currently open that fits, we keep good applications on file and reach out when relevant positions open up.

Our Workspace Philosophy
We're located in Siheung, which isn't the flashiest area but works well for focused work. The office is quiet, well-equipped, and designed for people who need to concentrate.
Remote work is possible for most roles after an initial onboarding period. We've found that hybrid arrangements work best for our team structure.
